Anyone who is in a work-related context with Orkla Snacks and in that connection experiences situations or conditions that may be in violation of rules and regulations or our ethical guidelines, is encouraged by Orkla Snacks to raise their concern with their immediate supervisor or another leader within Orkla Snacks. All companies within Orkla Snacks are required to protect whistleblowers from retaliation. Whistleblowers are also protected under the EU Whistleblower Directive and related national legal requirements.
Orkla Snacks has established a whistleblowing function to enable reporting to the group’s governing bodies about possible breaches of our ethical guidelines if it is difficult to raise the issue locally.
